I want to do an upgrade but the installer only allows me to do a new installation -
Description
When trying to upgrade from 8.5 to 9.0 the installer failt with the message "Installation exited with error code 1603".
When re-running the same installation it now wants to do a fresh install and not an upgrade but I would like to do an upgrade.
