Spotlight displays nearly all dates in US date format

On date formats, these would generally follow the regional settings on the client PC. Basically the Diagnostic Server stores dates/times in "absolute" format (a number of days and seconds since the epoch), and this is passed to the client, which then formats it into a date/time based on its regional settings.
