Can a power user account be used within Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise to monitor the server machines in our environment?

Resolution
You can only user a power user account to run the Quest Diagnostic Server Service, any monitoring of the Windows Operating Systems must be done with a full windows adminsitrator account on the server machine being monitored.
