Security Notification - Unapproved File

When Bit 9 Security Platform has blocked an attempt by qkt.exe to run tmp7793.tmp which an executable used the Diagnostic Server, you will see the following pop up window with a security notification of: 

"Bit 9 Security Platform blocked an attempt by qkt.exe to run tmp775e.tmp becuase the file is not approved.  If you require access to this file, please contact your system administrator.  Scroll down for diagnostic data."

The QKT executable is used by the Diagnostic Server to read and write the license key. It uses a library developed by another Quest team to access the licence key.  We believe what it is doing when executing the temp file is running with elevated privileges, so that it can access data stored in the ProgramData\{08439167-4CA5-48E9-A810-A3A7C0B80B06} directory.  Please forward this info to the customer's Security team to allow this executable to run in order for Spotlight to run effectively.
