Description
Need help diagnosing MAX I/O Wait alarm

Resolution
1. Right click the MAX I/O Wait alarm and select Show Details
2. Select Diagnose IO
3. Click the CPU tab and go to Diagnose IO Presure page to see CPU spinner showing CPU usage
4. Look for confidence column showing "Possible" problem or "Likely" and select this row.
5. If “Highly unlikely” is displayed go to I/O tab and try same steps on I/O tab
6. In I/O tab, if "Possible" or "Likely" is displayed try clicking the row to find more information
