Error connecting to Analysis Services Instance: "Ensure SQL Browser service is running" (4291342)

Cannot connect to Analysis Services instance 'Server Name'. The following error occurs:

"A connection cannot be made to redirector. Ensure that 'SQL Browser' service is running. : No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 'server name' (requires acknowledgement)"

RESOLUTION 1:
Confirm SQL Browser Service is Running on the Machine you are trying to connect to

RESOLUTION 2:
Confirm one can connect to Analysis Service from SQL Server Management Studio

RESOLUTION 3:
Use the Server name and not Server/Instance name
