How to create a template and include all the alarms
Description
Customers report that they have tried to copy the existing templates however these do not include all the alarms, only some of them.
Cause
Dev has confirmed that when creating a template from a connection or from an existing template, it will only create a subset of the alarms related to that connection type.
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
In order to create an alarm template to include all the alarms, we must select the "Factory settings" template and make a copy of it, that is the only template that includes all the alarms.
