User is getting error: Uploading to Project Lucy failed : The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway. This could be because the proxy server configured on the Diagnostic Server machine only supports HTTP 1.0 and Project Lucy uploading requires the proxy to support HTTP 1.1. URI: http://proxyb.digikey.us:8080/
Steps need to check and reset if necessary.
1. Make sure checking Internet - Lan setting on the Diagnostic Server machine.
In checking the IE proxy, make sure you log into the Diagnostic Server machine as the same user as Spotlight is configured to use.
2. You can check the "Use a proxy ..." box, which will un-grey the server address, then blank out the server address, then uncheck the "Use a proxy ..." box. Then re-start the Diagnostic Server (just in case), and try connecting again to Lucy.
