Description
Spotlight monitoring causing high I/O on a monitored SQL Server Instance due to QS_AgentJobList.sql -
Cause
QS_AgentJobList.sql may cause high I/O if the SQL Server Job History is large in a particular SQL Server Instance. -
Resolution
WORKAROUNDS:
1. Reduce the SQL Server Job History
2. If the SQL Server Job History cannot be reduce, then increase the collection schedule to collect less
a. Go to Configure | Scheduling
b. Change from default to the SQL instance with the issue
c. Change the Agent Job List to hourly
STATUS:
