User attempts several times to delete a connection, but receives the following error:
"Unable to Delete Spotlight Connection."
The Connection is tied with another O/S from a Cluster or VMware server.
Stop the Diagnostic Server Service (under control panel | services)
Close the Spotlight Client
Manually delete connection files in: (default installation directory)
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Monitored_entity
File name example: hostname.xml and hostname_sqlserver.xml
Start the Diagnostic Server Service again, and laundh the client to see that this connection is no longer present.
