Not able to setup Alarm Actions to send email when alarms go back to normal -
Description
There maybe a situation where an email alarm alert is required to be sent for a high alarm and also an email alarm needs to be sent when the alarm returns to normal.In the Alarm Actions, there is the criteria 'where the alarm has been cleared' which should cover the second condition but it doesn't. The problem is that then criteria is associated with normal severity only. It doesn't consider that the alarm before it is cleared could be another severity, like high severity.An enhancement will be consider for the criteria 'where the alarm has been cleared' to take into consideration other severities other than normal before the alarm is cleared.
