Is it possible to monitor the internal fillrate of a database?
Description

Is it possible to monitor the internal fill rate of a database file (mdf, ndf) and raise an alarm which sends an email when the fillrate raises to 95%?
This alarm would be useful when the database growth process has an impact on the performance of the database.

WORKAROUND:
None.
