Diagnostic Server doesn't start after upgrading to v10 - error with LucyService.xml -
Description
After upgrading from 9.5.2 to 10.0 the Spotlight Diagnostic Service fails straight after it's started, with the following error (taken from the Application event log):
Stopping Diagnostic Server. catastrophic error occurred Error loading configuration from .\conf\SERVICE\LucyService.xml : Attribute 'hostName' does not have a match in class com.quest.adk.configuration.component.LucyComponent at line 10

Cause
Corruption in xml file

Resolution
Ensure the Diagnostic Server is stopped, then delete the LucyService.xml from the {DS dir}\Agent\conf\service directory and then restart the Diagnostic Server.
The default LucyService.xml from the servicedefaults directory will then be copied into the service directory.
