'Locks - Blocking Session' email alert is missing blocking details in the email text -
Description
Since version 13.5, the machine environment information in the email alert for when the alarm for 'Locks - Blocking Session' is triggered, is no longer present. The alarm action does send the email with some information, although it is missing the Blocking Details information.
