WORKAROUND:
1.Close Spotlight
2.Backup data : https://help.spotlightessentials.com/enterprise_backend_backupdata
3.Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Rule and make a backup of the file
SQLServer_SpotLight-BlockedProcesses.xml (make sure you save that backup outside the spotlight configurations folders)
4. Copy the attached file SQLServer_SpotLight-BlockedProcesses.xml to this location (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Rule)
5. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Procedure and make a backup of the file
SQLServer_SpotLight-SQLBlockingList.xml (make sure you save that backup outside the spotlight configurations folders)
6.Copy the attached file SQLServer_SpotLight-SQLBlockingList.xml to this location (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Procedure
7.Change the description message of “Locks - Blocked Processes” alarm on the respective severity( for example-high) threshold as
“Session {{KEY_VALUE}} has been blocked by session {{SQLBlockingList.BlockedBySPID}} for the last {{value}} seconds.”

8.Restart Diagnostic Server service.
9. Re test the issue
