After upgrading to version 11.2.1 the Spotlight Diagnostic Server Service doesn't start. If you start it manually it stops again with the following error message in the Event Log:
'Stopping Diagnostic Server. Catastrophic error occurred.Attempt to load duplicate configuration for Product 44'
