For further investigation of this issue create a support bundle by performing the following and send it to Quest Support by sending a mail to email@example.com or logging a case through SupportLink
1. Click on View | Options | Spotlight on Sybase ASE
2. On the Options bar, click on Acquisition
3. Move the bar to Debug log level to 2
4. Click on OK.
5. Then, once the Access error message appears, generate a support bundle and send it to support.
