Following error is thrown by the Spotlight Predictive Diagnostics:

ORA-04063: package body "SPOTLIGHT.QUEST_PPCM_COLLECTOR" has errors in table PmMetricCollector

ORA-04063: package body "SPOTLIGHT.QUEST_PPCM_COLLECTOR" has errors in table PpcmCustomSQLExecutionDetails
Source: "PpcmCustomSQLExectuionDetails" table
Resolution
1. Run the following queries on the database:
  select object_name, object_type from dba_objects where owner='SPOTLIGHT' and status<>'VALID';
  show error package body spotlight.quest_ppcm_collector
2. Fix the underlying error. For example, if the error is showing as follows, then it means that the Spotlight user does not have access/permission on the DBMS_SCHEDULER package.
  
  "PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_SCHEDULER' must be declared"
3. After fixing the underlying error, recompile the package body as follows:
  
  alter package SPOTLIGHT.QUEST_PPCM_COLLECTOR compile body;
