Description
An error occurred when requesting Snooze/Ack data. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. -
Resolution
- The most likely cause of a 403 error when saving a user token is the incorrect token. Please ensure the token is typed correctly, or copy/paste if necessary.
- Please try again, after waiting some time, in case of internet issues or if the Spotlight Express server was momentarily not responding at the time of the issue.
