D:\oracle\product\10.1.0\Db_1\network\admin\sqlnet.ora
5. Open a command prompt and type PATH. Verify the current Oracle Home is listed at the very front of the Path. ---- Use Control Panel | System | Advanced | Environment Variables to edit the PATH if necessary.
6. Registry: Go to Start | Run > type Regedit
In the Registry, go to HKEY_Local_Machine | Software | Oracle | ensure "ORACLE_HOME" value is set to the current Oracle Home.
