Cause
Spotlight is not able to parse the tnsnames.ora file. Possible that the tnsnames.ora contains special characters or having incorrect format. -
Resolution
Remove any irrelevant special characters or ensure that it is in a valid format.
Also try removing all comment lines in the tnsnames.ora file.
