Getting the message "No license for Spotlight on Windows" after upgrading to 7.5.1.

Cause
Licensing restriction.

Resolution
From Spotlight on Oracle version 7.5.1 and above, you need a Professional (full) license to be able use Spotlight on Windows. Standard licenses will not work. See comments from Development below.
Also try adding the below lines to supportedplugins.ini:
Messaging1=SoME2k7
Messaging2=SoMOCS
Messaging3=SoMBES
Messaging4=SoME2k
