Spotlight on Oracle does not keep any history unless you launch the History Browser (under View | History Browser), then it takes snapshots every 5 minutes. It is configurable how many days of history it keeps, but the default is one day. You can check it under View | Options | History | Where to store History | Options (button) | Repository Limits.

Additional Information
Spotlight on Oracle backend collections only run when the connection is opening, when it is disconnected or Spotlight is closed, no session connect to database hence no data is collected.
