Diagnostic Server cannot connect to Oracle when using a LDAP server
Description

Spotlight on Oracle client works fine but Diagnostic Server can't connect to the database.
Cause

LDAP Connection
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Recreate the connection string in Spotlight client from LDAP mode to EZconnection or TNSnames mode
