Error during connection: "SQL1476N The current transaction was rolled back because of error -973. SQLSTATE=40506" (4269404)

User upgraded DB2 v8 to V9.1 and used Spotlight for DB2 version 6.2 to connect to the database. User receives below error either on the SQL tab or on the History browser:

Message:
An error occurred while refreshing the table "DBaseHistory" in connection "EDT1D ( DB2EDT1D )".

* Click OK to continue,
* Click Ignore to ignore any further errors related to this table, or
* Click Disconnect to close this connection.
