The alarms shown in the Alarms Overview report do not match Alarms dashboard. -
Description
User cannot find the the alarms shown in the Alarms Overview report in the Alarms Overview dashboard. -
Resolution
- The alarms time stamps (First Raised and Last Raised) of the Alarms Overview report are displayed in UTC time zone.
- Right-click on the bottom data grid of the report and choose the Drill Through option to see more details of the occurrences of the alarm
- Convert the time of the alarm of the report to the local time zone of the client machine
- In Alarms dashboard, use the Playback Rewind/Skip or Time Frame Selector to point the end timestamp of the screen to match the converted time
- Alarm will appear on the dashboard
