Resolution
1. Launch Spotlight Cloud Configuration Tool
2. Click Alarms icon
3. Select a connection or template name from the top drop down list
4. Scroll down to locate the desired alarm name and edit it
5. Disable ‘Factory Settings’ option
6. Change alarm settings: a) Add/remove severity levels b) Adjust threshold levels of each severity level c) Add exclusion values if applicable
7. Click OK to save alarm settings and OK to close Alarms window
