Check Spotlight Cloud site using a different browser and/or device. If issue persists, perform the following steps:
1. Launch Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App tool and click Application Status option
2. Under Status tab ensure ‘Everything is working normal’ message is displayed
3. Under Alarm tab ensure no Diagnostic Server alarms are displayed
4. If the above is not true, open Services.msc console and restart Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server services.
5. check KB Article 256409 to resolve the issue.
If issue persists, view the current Spotlight application status at Spotlight Cloud Status page.
