Spotlight Cloud site does not open using Chrome browser and Windows 10 OS
Description

On Windows 10, using Chrome browser to access Spotlight Cloud (https://www.spotlightcloud.io/) does not open the page.
Cause

Windows 10 update released by Microsoft in April 2018 can cause Chrome to freeze.
Resolution

The issue is not with the Spotlight Cloud site but with Windows 10 update.
