Cloud Diagnostic Server Windows service starts and then stops, with error 'Launcher - Error has occurred while trying to launch Diagnostic Server' -
Description
When starting the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server as a Windows service, it starts and then shortly after stops. Upon looking in the adk.log, or Event Viewer, the following error is found:

Cause
In the error log, the line 'path = /AGENT/TECHNOLOGY=application/BRAND=ds' BRAND should be “ds_cloud” and not “ds”. -
Resolution
Uninstall and then remove the entire installation folder (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Cloud Diagnostic Server) before re-installing.
Alternatively you can install the Cloud Diagnostic Server to a new folder also, if it's not possible to delete the original folder.
