Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server application hangs at startup with a white blank window.
Confirm the following system requirements have been applied to the machine where Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server application is installed:
1. Required URLs are whitelisted:
a. Open Internet Explorer and from top-right corner of the screen open the Internet Options window
b. Under Security tab click Trusted Sites and click Sites button
c. Add each of the above sites to the list. Click Ok to close browser.
2. Required ports are opened:
a. Open Windows Firewalls console
b. From the left-side, right-click on In-bound Rules node and select New Rule option
c. Select Port option and click Next. Select TCP option and in the Specific Local Ports field enter the following ports: 3166, 443, 8930, 7985
d. Select ‘Allow the connection’ option and click Next. Enable the Domain, Private and Public checkboxes enabled and click Next. Provide a name to the rule and click Finish.
e. Repeat the same steps and create a rule for the Outbound Rules
3. Required permissions are granted:
Close and reopen the Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server application tool.
