Description
Receiving alarms for the two following collections:
Collection 'Database Disk Space Utilization' failed: Host data is not available for the 'Database Disk Space Utilization' collection.
Collection 'Tempdb File Location' failed: Host data is not available for the 'Tempdb File Location' collection. -
Resolution
Establish the OS connection and associate the connection to the SQL Server connection:1. Open Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server app tool2. Click the Connections icon3. Select the SQL Server connection and right-click on it to select Properties option4. Under the OS Details drop down list, select the associated Windows connection. If one is not found, click the Create icon to create the Windows connection.5. Click OK to save and close.6. Under Connections icon, ensure all Windows are enabled and being monitored. Right-click on the Windows connection name to select 'Enable Monitoring' option.
