Description
The following error occur when trying to install QSA:
0403-016 Cannot find or open the file

Cause
Wrong QSA file used during installed. Needed the Oracle 11.1 QSA file instead.

Resolution
1. Connect with SQLPlus and connect to Space Manager Repository.
2. select * from v$version;
3. Verify the correct Oracle version and download the QSA file that match the Oracle version from step #2.
