After changing the Capacity Manager for Oracle (CMO) database user, launching the CMO console and selecting the monitored database generates the following error:
"DB user account has been locked"
After unlocking the account, it gets locked again after logging in to CMO console.
Database link from the repository database pointing to the monitored database has the wrong CMO password.
When changing the password for the CMO user, the following should be performed:
1. Change password of the CMO collector user on the monitored database
2. Login to the repository database and recreate (drop and create) the database link pointing to the monitored database using the updated password.
3. Login to CMO console and issue should be fixed
