Cause
QSA installed for a database, but not current. QSA is considered current when its version number is the same as space manager's version number.

Resolution
Check the version number for space manager and QSA by running the following:
1. Select product_name, product_version from quest_com_products
where product_id in ('35', '61');
2. Download and install the current version of QSA
