Description

Received error: "QSA-20365 Can only upgrade or uninstall as installing Oracle user" during Quest Server Agent installation.
Resolution

1. Identify installing Oracle user by checking the owner of the quest_exec_parameter table.
2. Upgrade or uninstall Quest Server Agent as that user.
