QSA could not start and displayed the following message:
/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol ntpini in load module /home/oracle/product/10.2.0.3_64/lib32/libclntsh.so.10.1.
/usr/lib/hpux32/dld.so: Unsatisfied code symbol ntzini in load module /home/oracle/product/10.2.0.3_64/lib32/libclntsh.so.10.1.

Cause
library links are broken

relink oracle 32 bit library.
