Unable to send email notification when waiting for approval event happens
Description
After setting up SMTP for email notification for the Quest Server Agent (QSA), a reorg job script in waiting for approval stage does not trigger any email.
Resolution
Ensure that the SENDMAIL parameters are set correctly as outlined in the User Guide.
Run the testemail script found in KB SOL23620 to ensure QSA email notification is working.
In the QSA configuration wizard, scroll down and look for SEND_LR_WAIT_APPROVAL parameter and change the value to EMAIL.
