When trying to run the Predicted Reorganization Benefit Report it error out with Application Error – Class not registered

Cause
The Predicted Reorganization Benefit Report didn't get registered correctly.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Try re-installing Space Manager as Administrator
2. The Installing Windows User should also be a Local Administrator.
3. If it still doesn’t work, then try run Space Manager as the same Windows user that installed it.
