Error Poster: 15033 - Failed to execute SQL on table "OWNER"."TABLE_NAME": ORA-01861: literal does not match format string. (posting from ORACENTR_REPLIC, queue) [module opo]
Cause

This is most likely an oracle bug. Post has encounterred this problem before and implemented a solution to retry when we gets this error.
Resolution

Here is the TAR number for your reference: the bug report No is 3437573.
It is fixed in 9.2.0.6.
ORA-01861 Occurs While Using Implicit Conversion on Date Type [ID 549405.1] - this is related to parallel degree setting on the table and it is fixed in 10.2.0.3.

Or request oneoff from Quest support to bypass the error.
