The qview results in “error while loading shared libraries” -
Description
The following errors are observed when running qview:
orany:ORANY(oracle)$ qview -i
/shareplex/work/.app-modules/qview: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Cause
Shareplex versions 7.5 or lower need 32 bit Oracle libraries.

Resolution
Since Shareplex 7.5 or lower is 32 bit application, it needs 32 bit Oracle libraries. To get around the issue, try the following workaround to see if this helps:
Set the environment variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point to 32 bit Oracle libraries, and in case it also points to 64 bit libraries, make sure that the path to 32 bit libraries precedes that for 64 bit libraries. Then run qview again. If the issue recurs, please contact Support for further investigation.
