When post tries to connect to oracle, it fails with "Poster: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" -
Description
This happens:
1. initial setup
2. Post was stopped for awhile, and upon restarting post it failed with:
Unexpected Oracle error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist in ../src/opst_mt/connection.cpp
