After upgrade of SharePlex from 863 to 921, redo usage I/O is increased .
From Oracle Enterprise Manager, it shows system I/O high from sp_ocap process.

Cause
Unknown.
Could be due to the way we get REDO/ARCHIVER info in 9.x.

Resolution
Workaround:
Increase value of SP_OCT_OLOG_NO_DATA_DELAY parameter.
Default value of SP_OCT_OLOG_NO_DATA_DELAY is 100000, following is an example of increasing it to 500000, it can be increased more if necessary .
sp_ctrl>set param SP_OCT_OLOG_NO_DATA_DELAY 500000
sp_ctrl>stop capture
Confirm that the capture process is stopped by user then start capture:
sp_ctrl>start capture.
