Export is unable to connect to the target after upgraded Shareplex from pre-9.x versions to 9.x versions -
Description
After upgraded shareplex from 8.6.5 to 9.1.4, export is unable to connect to the target with the warning in the event_log:
"Warning 2019-05-22 16:15:09.796206 27859 4118837088 Export cannot connect to host on maltarpt-db-vip.prd.betfair: Connection timed outInfo 2019-05-22 16:15:09.799174 29893 4116612960 Export exited with code=1, pid = 27862 (exporting to maltarpt-db-vip.prd.betfair queue maltarpt_account) arning 2019-05-22 16:15:09.796206 27859 4118837088 Export cannot connect to host on maltarpt-db-vip.prd.betfair: Connection timed out ".
When run OS command: netstat -an|grep -i ${SP_COP_TPORT} , you will see following output:tcp 0 0 10.40.113.100:2777 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 1 10.40.113.80:6073 10.17.154.24:2777 SYN_SENT
tcp 0 1 10.40.113.80:23460 10.17.154.24:2777 SYN_SENT
First line above tells us that we did bound the correct IP which corresponds to $SP_SYS_HOST_NAME (0 10.40.113), then we changed to 1 10.40.113.80 when export sends the data out.
Note: the issue could happen to the upgrade from any pre-9.x versions to 9.x versions.
