Description
The Log Benchmark Utility (LBU) is a benchmark utility used by Quest consultants and also by customers to get details on the following:- Help in distributing load for post by using named post queues- Finding out database activities on INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE- Finding out log switches per day, data load, peak activities, etc.The utility can be downloaded from the ftp site in the 'Aditional Information' section.Since the utility comes in different versions and follows the nomenclature lbu-<OS version>-<Oracle version>, it may be difficult to understand what version of Shareplex will work with a certain version of LBU.
