Error received in event_log when Post starts reporting:
"Error: 15007 - Can't open poster queue que_PARM: Parameter error. [sp_opst/1310931]

Error: Invalid queue user name length 66 [sp_opst(que)/1310931]"
Config file was setup with long Named Queues, together with long values for the Source and Target Oracle SIDs. The total length of the post queue file in the var/rim directory must not exceed 63 characters.
The total length of the post queue file in the var/rim directory must not exceed 63 characters.
The following sample Post Queue Full Name is invalid as it has a total length 66 characters, but the total must not exceed 63 characters:
0x12345678+PP+post_name_too_long+sp_opst+o.SOURCE_SID-o.TARGET_SID
1. the source ip address/name 10 0x12345678
2. the actual name of the queue. 22 +PP+post_name_too_long
3. the source and target sids 26 +o.SOURCE_SID-o.TARGET_SID
4. the process 8 +sp_opst
Ensure the Full Queue Name does not exceed 63 characters by:
1. Reducing the size of the Source or Target Oracle SID names.
2. Reducing the size of the Post Queue Name.
In the above example the length was 66 characters, the following change can be made to reduce the Full Queue Name to less than 63 characters by changing the Post Queue Name from queue_name_too_long to post_name_okay. The Post Queue Full Name now meets the requirement with having only 62 characters:
0x12345678+PP+post_name_okay+sp_opst+o.SOURCE_SID-o.TARGET_SID
1. the source ip address/name 10 0x12345678
2. the actual name of the queue. 18 +PP+post_name_okay
3. the source and target sids 26 +o.SOURCE_SID-o.TARGET_SID
4. the process 8 +sp_opst
