Unable to start up sp_cop and error in standard out (on the screen) is: sp_cop not found

Cause
laucher file is missing or corrupt.

Resolution
1. copy launcher from another working environment. The launcher file is located in <proddir>/.app_modules.
2. vi laucher for editing
3. modify the PATH in the launcher file to point to the current <proddir> location, otherwise sp_cop will not start.
