SP_NT_MON - Unable to create new document when Configure Monitor button is pressed. -
Description
Using SP Monitor, on SpClient, when user click on the Configure Monitor button it returns a warning message from WordPad saying that is "Unable to create new document.". The configuration file does not open and user is not able to configure SP Monitor. -

Missing Windows Registry entry -
Resolution
Overview
Basically its regarding include a entry on the registry, informing SpMonitor what is the default editor.
Steps:
1 - Open Windows Registry(Run...> Regedit.exe)
2 - Search for the Key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432node\Quest Software\SharePlex Remote
3 - Click with the right button on the right pane, select option New on the menu and then select String Value (check attachment)
4 - Name this new entry to Editor
5 - Double click on the new entry (Editor) and include the value notepad.exe.
6 - Press Ok and try the "Configure Monitor" button on SpMonitor
