setting post timing debug SP_OPO_DEBUG_FLAG 0x0f000800 gives negative numbers. (4241447)

When setting the post debug "sp_ctrl> set param SP_OPO_DEBUG_FLAG 0x0f000800" to test performance of the post process, you get some negative numbers for the timing of either execution in oracle, commit in oracle, or time spent in the queues, please ask for fix ST100971. This fix will be available after 7.6.3.
