Cause
Shareplex cannot read files in SP_SYS_VARDIR because system crash caused disk/file corruption.

Resolution
System crash can cause file corruption. Un mount the file system where SP_SYS_VARDIR resides and run fsck to fix the corruption. This procedure may also need to be repeated on the file system where Shareplex binaries are installed. Once corruption is fixed, remount the file system and start Shareplex.
