Compare client does not start on Windows 2003. Error: "1141: Error in de_thrdmgr_fillin_route_inf (19755)

Source is windows 2000 - oracle 8i - shareplex v5.3.2.1
Target is windows 2003 - oracle 10,.2.0.1 - shareplex v5.3.2.1

On running compare on source - target gets message but target client (declt) does not start

1141:
Error in de_thrdmgr_fillin_route_info.

Unable to find IP address for target host

The target host name is bigger the internal buffer size (30 bytes).
So, the memory got corrupted.

WORKAROUND:

None .

STATUS:

An enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in future release for Shareplex for Oracle.
